CHAPTER ONE. THE COSMOS IS “EARTH- CENTRIC”.

You really can prove the existence of God, and confound the atheist hypothesis with a very simple mathematical procedure. It is so simple that an intelligent ten-year old could understand it!

The Cosmos is “Earth-centric”. The planets and satellites of The Solar System have their movements very precisely synchronized with the movements of Planet Earth, even planets and satellites that are very distant from Earth, and beyond Earth’s gravitational field. This precise synchronization absolutely defies the laws of physics, and can only be DELIBERATE, and incorporated for OUR attention!

I have been given the task of conveying this cosmic revelation and its necessary corollary, to the species Homo Sapiens. Academic astronomers have commented on this feature. One astronomer said to me – “But Roger, don’t you see – don’t you see? This synchronization of movements is impossible. The laws of physics do not allow for it!” My response was “That is exactly the point that I am making. There are absolutely no natural physical laws that can make this happen. It can only be DELIBERATE!”.

We will commence with a basic fact of cosmic “numerology”. A single specific number prevails in the cosmos, at both the microscopic and the macroscopic level. This is the number EIGHT. The number EIGHT prevails in the structure of the atom, in the order of the periodic table (in chemistry), in the movements of the planets, in the musical scale, etc. It goes by various names – The Octet Rule, The Law of Octaves, The Octants Rule. etc. I will elaborate on this shortly. That is the reason why the circle (below) has to be divided into specifically EIGHT segments, these segments being separated by OCTANTS, which are EIGHT radiuses of the circle.

The movements of Solar System bodies “obey” a “rule of EIGHTHS”, which I have called The Octants Rule. (Octo means Eight) It is this Octants Rule that is absolutely inexplicable in terms of the laws of physics, and which therefore has to be DELIBERATE. 

THE MOVEMENTS OF THE PLANETS ARE SYCHRONIZED WITH THE MOVEMENTS OF PLANET EARTH.

Now we come to a most important Solar System feature – the very precise synchronisation of the movements of the planets with the movements of Planet Earth! This feature cannot be dismissed as chance occurrence, and it cannot be explained by natural physical laws.

What you are about to see is perhaps the most mysterious (and “spooky”) feature in the whole of astronomy. You need to concentrate carefully on this feature. Some people simply do not “get” it, because they don’t sufficiently focus their mind. You should take some time to give careful consideration to this feature. When you peruse this feature, you are literally PEERING INTO THE MIND OF GOD!

Now you need to concentrate very carefully on the next THREE images.

Now, you are going to see something totally mind-blowing! When you look at this following image, you are literally PEERING INTO THE MIND OF GOD!. This configuration absolutely cannot be explained by the laws of physics. This configuration has been DELIBERATELY put in place FOR OUR ATTENTION. The following image depicts the ANGLES revolved by Planet Earth during the orbital periods of each of the other planets. This image shows that Planet Earth is “special” in The Cosmos. Planet Earth is “The Chosen Planet”.  Each ANGLE is depicted by a SINGLE LINE RADIUS of the circle.

Can you see a beautiful pattern and order here FOR PLANET EARTH that did not apply to Planet Mercury or to Planet Mars?

Can you see that all these ANGLES are all very close to THE OCTANTS ?

PLANET EARTH is “special” in this regard. PLANET EARTH is “specially chosen” to be (metaphorically speaking) the “centre” of The Cosmos.

The gravitational influence of Planet Earth is far too weak to influence the movements of the other planets. Furthermore, there can be no “natural” physical law that can apply only to one specific planet, but NOT apply to any other planet. It can only be DELIBERATE! This beautiful pattern and order can only be put in place as a MESSAGE to the species Homo Sapiens.  

QUESTION:- Could this be a mere chance occurrence?

ANSWER:- The odds against all these eight ANGLES being this close to THE OCTANTS purely by chance are one chance in 1103. These are pretty long odds! Chance occurrence is not the explanation.

These odds are calculated in the following manner:- The furthest angle from an octant is Uranus. This is 9.372 degrees from an octant.

1 ÷ {[(9.372 x 2 x 8) ÷ 360]8} = 1103.  

You can verify these ANGLES (of all three above images) with the following numerical data:- The orbital periods of the planets (expressed in Earth days) are as follows:- Mercury, 87.9694 and Venus 224.695 and Earth 365.256 and Mars 686.980 and Jupiter 4330.595 and Saturn 10272.160 and Uranus 30717.682 and Neptune 60215.912 and Pluto 90803.66

Now, we will look at the ANGLES rotated by The Moon and the Planets during One Earth Year. (Once again, each ANGLE is depicted by a single line radius of the circle.

Once again, we see that all the ANGLES are very close to THE OCTANTS. Once again, the laws of physics cannot explain why this happens. One again, this configuration has to be DELIBERATE! Once again, it has been configured for OUR attention. This configuration indicates a vast COSMIC INTELLIGENCE – God by any other name!

Here are the rotation periods (expressed in Earth days) of The Moon and The Planets:-  Mercury 58.6462 and Venus 243.0187 and Earth 0.9972697 and The Moon 27.32166 and Mars 1.02596 and Jupiter 0.41354 and Saturn 0.44401 and Uranus 0.71833 and Neptune 0.671252 and (binary planet) Pluto/Charon 6.3872 for Pluto, and 6.3872 for Charon.

Let’s look again at the odds against chance occurrence. We have two images, containing 18 ANGLES. How improbable is it that all 18 ANGLES could be this close to THE OCTANTS purely by chance? The odds against chance occurrence are one chance in seven million! Chance occurrence cannot possibly be the explanation for the synchronization of the movements of the planets with the movements of Planet Earth.

These odds are calculated in the following manner:- The furthest angle from an octant is Uranus in the first image. This is 9.372 degrees from an octant.

1 ÷ {[(9.372 x 2 x 8) ÷ 360]18} = 7,019,469  

Now, we will look at the ANGLES rotated by The Planets during One MERCURY Year. (Once again, each ANGLE is depicted by a single line radius of the circle.

Now, we will look at the ANGLES rotated by The Planets during One MARS. Year. (Once again, each ANGLE is depicted by a single line radius of the circle.

Once again, you can see that the beautiful pattern and order that applies to PLANET EARTH does not apply to Planet Mercury, or to Planet Mars. This is because PLANET EARTH is “The Chosen Planet”.

 Now we will see how various Solar System bodies have their movements very precisely synchronized with the movements of The Moon.

This image depicts the ANGLES rotated by The Sun and Inner Solar System Planets during One Moon Orbital Period. (Note:- Mercury “fails” The Octants Rule, and is therefore excluded from the image.) The Moon’s orbital period = 27.32166 Earth days, and the names and rotation periods (expressed in Earth days) of The Sun and Inner Solar System Planets are:- The Sun 24.66225 and Mercury 58.6462 and Venus 243.0187 and Earth 0.9972697 and Mars 1.02596

EARTH AND VENUS.

Now we will see a selection of ANGLES revolved and rotated by The Earth and The Moon during various Venus periods, and ANGLES revolved and rotated by Venus during various Earth and Moon periods.

You can see that all these ANGLES are extremely close to THE OCTANTS. Venus is the closest planet to Earth, and the planet with the greatest degree of synchronization of movements with the movements of The Earth/Moon System.

 Once again, the laws of physics cannot explain why this happens. One again, this configuration has to be DELIBERATE! Once again, it has been configured for OUR attention.

Various academic astronomers have commented on THE OCTANTS RULE. They insist that it is “impossible”, and that it “breaks” the laws of physics. This is exactly the point that I am making. The laws of physics cannot explain why THE OCTANTS RULE is a general and consistent feature of the Solar System. In that case, it has to be DELIBERATE! It has to be DELIBERATELY incorporated for OUR attention!  

I will now set out some of the “reasons” (as purported by various academic astronomers) why THE OCTANTS RULE is “impossible” in terms of the laws of physics.

(1). The gravitational force of Planet Earth (and also of The Moon) is insufficient to influence the movements of distant planets. In that case, it is “IMPOSSIBLE” for the movements of planets to be synchronized with the movements of Planet Earth.

(2). Over very long time scales, the orbital periods of planets would be (at least in theory) expected to change. In that case, the synchronization of movements would be unstable, and therefore ephemeral. In several hundred million years from now, these synchronizations should (at least in theory) no longer apply. In that case, I cannot accept that these purported “synchronizations” are real entities.

My response to this comment is as follows:- It is significant that these synchronizations should occur at the precise point of time in human history when we finally have the technological capability to notice them. Even a few hundred years ago, humans lacked the technology to accurately measure the orbital periods of planets and satellites in The Solar System, or even to identify all the relevant satellites. If we accept that these synchronizations are ephemeral, then this constitutes even stronger evidence that the PRESENT configuration is DELIBERATE, and DELIBERATELY incorporated for OUR (present) attention.

In order to verify the fact that orbital and rotation periods (and other time periods) change over very long time periods, here is a quote from The National Geographic Yearbook 2014, page 57:- “Days were only 18 hours long a billion years ago. Every day is about 55 billionths of a second longer than the day before it.”

(3). There is a “statistical” argument which purports that THE OCTANTS RULE is simply a “statistical error”. This “error” is analogous to throwing a dart at the wall, and then painting the target round the dart, to demonstrate a “bull’s eye”. THE OCTANTS RULE divides the circle into EIGHT segments. But why not FIVE segments, or SIX segments, or SEVEN, or NINE, or TEN, or ELEVEN, or THIRTEEN (etc.) segments? I have “chosen” or “cherry picked” specifically EIGHT segments simply because this specific number just happens to “fit” with my “synchronization theory”.

My response to this “statistical error” contention is as follows:-

Here is a basic fact of cosmic “numerology”. A single specific number prevails in the cosmos, at both the microscopic and the macroscopic level. This is the number EIGHT. This number prevails in the structure of the atom, in the order of the periodic table (in chemistry), in the movements of the planets, in the musical scale, etc. It goes by various names – The Octet Rule, The Law of Octaves, The Octants Rule. etc.

Professor Ian Stewart (Emeritus professor of mathematics) has stated that “There is something special about the number EIGHT - - - in terms of the underlying structure of mathematics itself”; and he states that “The OCTONIONS are there - - - The existence of The Universe may depend on them.” (Note:- OCTO is Latin for EIGHT.)

The ratios of the diatonic (major) scale in music are (all but one) perfect multiples of ONE EIGHTH, and a musical note sounds very similar to the note which is EIGHT notes further on in the scale (ie:- The Octave)

Atoms “prefer” to have EIGHT electrons in the outer electron shell. (The OCTET Rule.)

In the periodic table, a chemical element tends to have similar chemical properties to the chemical element which is EIGHT elements further on in the table. (The Law of Octaves)

Planets and satellites in The Solar System tend to come in groups of EIGHT.

The bones of the human skeleton are generally grouped in multiples of EIGHT members.

The ratios between planetary orbital velocities tend to be very close to perfect multiples of ONE EIGHTH.

I will discuss these above features in greater detail later in the book; but now I will deal with the most important manifestation of the number EIGHT.

In that case, having demonstrated that the number EIGHT prevails in music, in the structure of the atom, in the arrangement of the periodic table etc., it is reasonable to commence with the working hypothesis that the movements of Solar System bodies involve the specific number EIGHT. Having commenced with this hypothesis, I discovered that THE OCTANTS RULE actually does apply throughout The Solar System, and I have loaded onto my website www.octantsrule.com well in excess  of eighty examples of THE OCTANTS RULE.

As a further comment, I would add that academic astronomers with titles such as “professor” are generally not nearly as clever as their titles might suggest. The “statistical error” contention would only be put forward by someone whose understanding of statistics and probability theory is fairly rudimentary.
